[Bug] Adding tiles

When going to add a tile to POS, if the device has just woken from sleep or refreshing or the app has only just been installed. The list of tiles doesn’t show, only the add app website.
Here is a video of what happens.

This causes significant confusion for merchants as they then add the app website, instead of tiles as it is the only option available.
This then causes them to raise support issues or churn from apps, thinking they aren’t working correctly when its a POS app problem.

Please can a similar loading icon be displayed when adding a tile until the device is ready, so this doesn’t occur.

The example in the video is on Android 16, POS version 10.6.2

Just FYI - I’ve tried this on an IOS device, and can’t replicate (re-installing the app, sleeping/waking up etc)

Hey @JordanFinners - just following up on this, we’ve pushed a fix for this that should be present in the 10.7.1 (most current) version of the POS app. Could you let us know if the issue persists in that version? I did some testing on my end with 10.7.1 on Android and it didn’t appear to still be present, but if it is, just ping me here and I’m happy to dig into this further.

Looks like its fixed to me and the tiles are loading faster too! Thank you and the team for sorting it :smiley:
