We’re building a Shop Mini that integrates with our app (a shoppable video app), and we’ve hit a few blockers.
We’re based in India, and Shop isn’t available for Indian stores, so we’re not sure how we’re supposed to test a Shop Mini at all. Do we need to spin up a US-based store, or can we test entirely in development stores?
The Shop Partner API also doesn’t seem to be working. Following the docs here — Shop Partners API reference, we’re getting 410 "api_gone" — "This API has been removed". Has it been deprecated or replaced? It’s a bit confusing.
And is Shop Minis still invite-only? The docs aren’t clear on this, and we’d like to confirm whether access is gated before we put more time into it.
Any guidance on the right setup for developers outside supported Shop regions would be hugely appreciated.
