Issue with our theme Focal installing the wrong version

Short description of issue

Incorrect version is installed from the theme store

Reproduction steps

1. Our theme Focal is currently at version 12.7.1 (as written in the theme store). However, if you install the theme from the theme store, the 12.7.0 version will be installed in trial mode, but Shopify will immediately ask the merchant to upgrade to the 12.7.1 (see screenshot).

Unfortunately, we got several confused merchants asking us why they downloaded a version that was not the latest one. Could this be fixed to ensure merchants get the latest version when they install our theme Focal?
