Hey @JoshHighland, I ran into this as well. If you go to edit your available plans, you’ll notice that Monthly recurring, with yearly discount is selected by default, but the Yearly charge is blank:
Adding a yearly charge fixed the issue for us 
. Definitely possible it’s a different issue, but it feels extremely similar, so I hope that’s it!
