Merchant deposit for discount sales fees

we are creating a discount public app for the shopify app store. when we send our customers to a merchant store1 , they get a discount basis using a merchant store 1 code provided to us by the merchant. Say we charge a 5% fees for this and we create a wallet for the merchant to credit in advance with Say $ 100 and then keep deducting our 5% from this. 1) the $100 deposit/ recharge is sent into our bank account directly or we need to use shopify payouts etc foe this. 2) shopify charges say 15% on the money we make from merchants, will that be applicable on the deposit $100 or only the 5% commission in this case.
