My App has been in review for almost 1 Month

Hello,

My App has been under review, in a state of being assigned to a reviewer for almost 25 days. It’s never taken so long for the app to be reviewed.

I contacted Shopify Support, and they cannot give a TAT and are asking me to sit back and wait. I am not sure how long.

I was wondering if I should withdraw and resubmit, or create a new submission?

Any recommendations - or has anyone faced this long on review?

Hey @Anirudh_S, other partners have been inquiring about this. Our app review team is working through a pretty big backlog, so reviews are taking longer than normal right now. Definitely don’t re-submit.
