Anyone can point me to what this means saw this in logs, client updated their theme and now all the files r missing and its just blank folders and when I looked through the logs it shows me this “Online Store hid a theme.”

Assuming you’re talking about the store activity log. That will show when a staff publishes a new theme. The reason it says online store is because it happened in the online store channel.
I tested this in my own store. You can see the published and hidden happen at the same time.
For the missing files, the hidden theme should still be available in the admin unless it was deleted. If the files aren’t still in that previous theme, if you can share a little more about the specific files and how you’re retrieving them, we can take a closer look.
Hi tanks for getting back, the issue in this case was like how it says in your screenshot too hid a theme: [theme-name] in our case it just said hid a theme:
and no reference to the older version/name of the theme it hid.
And I think this is where things might have gone wrong, but any ways I download a fresh copy of the theme and migrated the assets/sections/snippets over
Thanks for confirming that. Since the theme wasn’t mentioned, it does sound like either some kind of permissions preventing that from showing, or the theme may have been deleted. Glad to hear you’ve sorted that out though
