Hi, before we even were on Shopify, we were handling our Amazon fulfillment with a private SP-API app. Once on Shopify we tried the Marketplace app for a while to import and fulfill in the Shopify admin, but we now want to use our own SP-API code again. The only thing we are missing is a way to attribute the order to Amazon (in the order object source fields). We are filling these fields with the correct data but it is ignored on the orderCreate GraphQL Admin API mutation. We know we should have Shopify’s permission to use the source fields and we tried submitting the form and reaching support to no avail. So I’m asking here. On the form it said to have a Zendesk support ticket open but I’m not authorized to do anything on Zendesk, let alone open a support ticket. Can someone please help? Thanks.

That field is confusing. Just fill in the ID from one of your interactions with our support team about this.
Hi, Thanks. I just submitted the form again with another support ticket and put this thread in the “context” field of the form. Let’s see.
