Reporting on themes sales within the Partner Dashboard have been frozen since 30th Nov/1st Dec (depending on the Theme Partner you ask). We can see from GA that we’ve made sales, but they’re not showing up. Is this being investigated?

Hi @Liam-Shopify The payout that was pending has been split to Dec and Jan payout now but we are seeing a difference in the graph value of the payout and the final payout as per the attached image [shareimg] On the invoice as well we are seeing the Invoice for Dec 16 - Jan 3rd normally it will b…

Payout arrived on time but still marked as pending. Sales for sure reported with 24-48 hours delay

Not for us. The payout is still pending and nothing arrived.
