Reporting on themes sales within the Partner Dashboard have been frozen since 30th Nov/1st Dec (depending on the Theme Partner you ask).
We can see from GA that we’ve made sales, but they’re not showing up.

Yes same for us - no sales registered since the 27th November. Next payout currently showing ZERO which is very worrying when you are running a business. Please investigate this - thanks
Same here, zero sales since a couple of days for all our theme portfolios. @Acca_Yeung could you please chime in?
This issue seems to be affecting Apps also. The same is happening across all our apps. Transactions stopped at the month transition, and the next payout is still not showing up.
We have a ticket open with Partner Support that was escalated to the Payments team, but no word from them yet.
Same for us. We have 0 sales appearing in the dashboard from Nov 30 - today, however at least a dozen have been reported by GA.
We’re seeing the same issue on our side — our Partner Dashboard hasn’t reported any new sales since November 29.
For us, sales stopped showing in the Partner Dashboard on Nov 29. What’s odd, for us, is that one theme’s GA also stopped reporting sales around Nov 25, even though sales were still being recorded in Partner Dashboard before it broke.

Having the same issue, just chatted with Shopify Support and they said everything looked normal on their end. $0 in pending transactions since December 1st.
However, seeing so many people with the same issue makes me feel better!
We’re seeing the same for Apps. Seems like half of the sales data for 11/30 is missing, while 12/1 and 12/2 are showing no data at all

It is kind of disappointing how the partners support chat lost its ability to assist partners in a timely manner. I have spent an hour today chatting with three different support advisors and none of them knew anything about the issue or were able to provide valuable information. Two of them had such scripted answers that I had to ask if they were bots or live support.

Not just in the dashboard, but also the partner API, hopefully it will be fixed soon.
Having the same problem (apps) - no updates on the charges starting 1st of December. Hopefully it will be fixed soon because we cannot issue refunds / discounts.

Our sales seem to be there now. No sales today though, but that could just be a slow day.
Update: Sales have loaded up to the 3rd, but we’re missing sales from 4th and 5th still.
