I don’t see it yet, the payout was supposed to be scheduled for tomorrow. Also some transactions are still missing so I guess the issue is not fully fixed yet.
Same problem here with App sales. Only seeing the situation from 30th of Nov under “pending”, and no sales after that has been added.
Pending app transactions from second half of November hasn’t move to scheduled either, and tomorrow should be the scheduled payout date.
We are experiencing the same issue for Nov 17 to Nov 30 period.

Same issue here, the payouts page says that the next payout is 22 December- skipping entirely the of 7 December
Same here, pending estimated date has changed from 5th to 22nd. Starting to get a little worried. And no sales whatsoever is displayed from December… I contacted partner support yesterday about this and they said it requires manual review and escalation, which they did but the ignorance of how it’s going to be and when worries me the most.

@Liam-Shopify, any idea if the payouts will go out today as expected? The November payout is still stuck.
I think the nature of this incident deserved better communication. Partner Support is completely oblivious to it and, in general, shows a lack of understanding of the platform. It gives us very little trust when something that requires attention comes up.
We depend mostly on you and the other guys in the community here, which doesn’t feel like a scalable solution.
Appreciate your support as usual.
As a partner agency relying on these payouts and with a team of professionals and other costs to provide, it would be crucial to have clear communication around this problem. I do appreciate the support and I do know that this kind of things can happen every now and then, but what I’d like to see with incidents like this:
- Clear indication that there is a problem (preferably in partner dashboard) and that the fix is underway.
- Clear indication that today’s scheduled payout will be paid today, or as soon as possible after the fix (and not on 22nd as it shows now).
- Assurance that the completely missing earnings from December have been recorded and will be displayed under pending payouts after the fix.
So far we don’t know for sure any of these things. Some partners say it’s fixed for them and for others not. Ignorance is the worst.
Hi folks - completely hear you regarding communication on this. I can confirm we shipped some fixes yesterday and are working through the backlog today. Some amounts still remain outstanding and we’re working on ensuring payouts are released as soon as possible.
Hello here, also, I see just a few sales for one of our Themes, and all others have no sales. Is it a board issue or an actual situation? How does your admin panel work?

So what i can see from our side:
- Payout was not sent
- Sales report is partial. It was fixed for December 1-3 but from December 4 it shows just part of sales.

Not for us. We’re missing sales. The dashboard refreshed yesterday and some sales appeared, but some stores that have purchased the themes do not show up in the Partner API nor the dashboard. GA shows these missing purchases occurred around December 3–4, yet the dashboard is already displaying sales past that, from December 5–6. @Liam-Shopify
Exactly the same here. We’re missing sales for 4th Dec. New ones are coming in though.
Interestingly we’re also missing the sales for 4th December. 
Hopefully it gets fixed.
Now that I look closer, we’re also missing sales from 4th to 5th of December… But at least the pending payout was sent. Hopefully the missing sales will appear soon, too.

Thanks again for your patience while we resolve this issue. I can confirm payouts were unaffected and are on the way, or have already been paid out. We’re working on the dashboard metrics which are not updated for all partners yet.
We are still missing some sales randomly. For instance, there’s 1 sale from 9 dec, that’s not showing in the dashboard. @Liam-Shopify any news?
@Liam-Shopify app transactions are stuck again in this new payout cycle and the Dec 1 - Dec 15 payout hasn’t moved to the pending status again - same pattern as last payout.
Can you guys check?
