Payouts failed for app sales between 16 February to 1 March

Today I checked the Payouts page, and found that the payout status is failed. It seems like many other app / theme developers are seeing the same thing as well (from their Twitter)

Is there any issue or any action we need to take on our side?

It failed for me to, i re-tried it and it’s in pending state.

I noticed this on our partner account as well yesterday, I checked again today (Mar 8th) and the ‘failed’ badge was gone without us having taken any action.

Thanks for flagging this here - the issue was resolved and you should see your payouts as expected.

We have also been experiencing payment status remaining “Failed” during the same period.

[What I have tried]
・On March 7th, I contacted Shopify Partner Support , but the problem was not resolved, and the cause is unknown.
・On March 13th, I checked with the bank if there were any issues or system changes, and they responded that there were no problems or logs related to the account
・On March 14th, I re-entered the bank account and re-requested payment, but the payment status still failed

I am very troubled by this issue. Are there any other ways to resolve this problem?
