Shopify payment gateway is activated on my store and I made a test payment to see if the psyment gateway works. The payout due date was on Nov 6 but the status is still pending.
I can not contact shopify support to see what is the issue with my payment gateway.
Can anyone help me what I should do? I am really frustrated by shopify and their support.

Hi Tahsin - your best option is to contact Shopify Support directly, this forum is dedicated to developers building integrations on top of Shopify.
My client is having the same issue payments are set up orders are fulfilled and we’re capturing payment at checkout. However when I click on payouts and then view transactions the transactions say pending and it’s been over 6 weeks for some transactions. Did you find a solution on this problem yet?
