Password Reset Email Not Sent to Bulk Imported Customers

Hello,

I am transferring customer data from another platform to Shopify. After completing all setups in the development environment and going live, customers who were transferred in bulk are not receiving password reset emails when they attempt to reset their passwords. However, customers who register after the site goes live do not experience this issue. Does anyone have suggestions or similar experiences to help resolve this issue? I’m open to any advice.
