Post Purchase App Approval

Hi there,

I am having a bit of trouble getting approved for Post Purchase and I am not sure if it is on my side our the reviewers side. I try to explain to the reviewer but its like they are not reading my email. I have an app that is approved but does not have Post Purchase approved. I followed the directions that say to create a new app with [staging] and then ask for approval in the main app. When the reviewer reviews the app they say that post purchase is not working for them. I think it is because they are installing it on a none dev store as we cannot reproduce this at all. Is it possible that they are installing this on a non dev store and that is why it is not showing up for them?

Hey @jeanius - the App review team has the final say on approvals, so I can’t guarantee anything on our end, but if you have a ticket ID number for your conversation with the App Review team I can look into things and potentially share some next steps with you. My question:** they are saying post purchase does not work. I cannot reproduce this at all but also I notice they are testing on a live store vs dev store. Does it matter their store when they are on the app review team (do they have a special store type)
