We are developing an integration with Shopify that will allow our customers to use Shopify as the source of data while our bot serves as the agent, pulling information such as order status and related details.
To make this integration available to multiple customers, we will need to publish our app on the Shopify App Store, which requires enrollment in Shopify’s Partner Program and completion of their app review process.
I have created a partner account and I’m looking for someone from Shopify to discuss on this further, how to proceed?

Since this capability will be leveraged by multiple customers, we intend to publish an app in Shopify’s marketplace. To move this forward, I’d like to connect with the partnership team to discuss the process and next steps.
Our partnerships team don’t typically do calls in these instances, but it sounds like your usecase is not very complex, and you should be able to find all the info you need in our dev docs. You’d mostly be working with the Admin API: GraphQL Admin API reference
