We noticed that certain orders in our store have specific date tags automatically applied. We confirmed that none of our team members added it.
We are unsure which app or process is responsible for adding these tags.
Could Shopify staff assist in identifying the source of this tagging? Any guidance on how to trace or manage these automated tags would be greatly appreciated.
Hey @remy727, in order to look at the events of a specific order you will need to reach out through our help center to ensure proper authentication to discuss your shop and this order.
Generally though, the first thing I would check is the order timeline for signs on when this was added or any edits. You can also query the order events to get more details on any order changes.
