The delivery status tag is not updating. Previously, when we were using ClickPost, all tags like In Transit, Out for Delivery, and Delivered were reflecting correctly. However, since we switched to Unicommerce for order dispatch, the tags are not updating. We checked with the team… they are mentioning
" They have thoroughly checked and found that the details which we are pushing to the channel is not fetching at your end. Kindly get in touch with the shopify developer to the concern. "
They have shared some logs that we need to update in the backend. Kindly help me resolve this. Please refer to the attached image for your reference.
