Recent App Review Timeline in September – How Long Did Your Approval Take?

Hi everyone,

We’re an app development team currently working on getting our app published in the Shopify App Store. I wanted to ask other developers here about your recent experience with the app review timeline.

Based on your submissions in September, how long did it actually take for the Shopify review team to complete the review and give feedback or approval? We’re trying to set expectations for our own release planning and would really appreciate hearing some up-to-date timelines from the community.

The app review timeline can vary based on how complex your app is (may be more requirements to check) and what adjustments are needed on your side to complete before the app can be released to merchants. It could be approx three weeks for your review to be completed - but this could increase if there’s additional development work required to meet the criteria for your app.
