There was a 2-week “approval time” mentioned; it is now wel over a month.

There is currently a high number of submissions so delays are to be expected:
https://community.shopify.dev/t/longer-app-store-review-times-what-you-need-to-know
There is nothing you can do to get approved quicker, please be patient.
FYI: It has also been mentioned by the Shopify team that its around ~30 days currently, not 2 weeks.
