Hi everyone,
We are trying to understand whether other apps are experiencing something unusual with the Shopify App Store review system.
We have noticed that reviews coming from closed or inactive stores are currently appearing as active reviews on our app listing, instead of being archived. Because of this, our average review rating has dropped noticeably in a short period of time.
Up until now, reviews from closed or inactive stores did not behave this way, so we are a bit confused about what is happening.
Has anyone else experienced reviews from closed or inactive stores still appearing as active?
