It looks like new reviews have stopped going through since January 2nd, is there any word on when they will be showing up again?
We’re working on resolving this currently so that new reviews get published - I’ll update here when a fix is shipped

Reviews from closed or inactive stores appearing as active
Just to add a related observation: we started seeing a different but possibly connected issue very recently. In our case, reviews from closed or inactive stores are appearing as active instead of being archived, which is impacting the overall rating.
I actually opened a separate thread about this yesterday, but wanted to mention it here as well in case it is tied to the same / similar review system behavior you were investigating.
