We were just alerted that the shopify store that we manage has timeout issues. We are trying to fetch subscriptions from shopify admin API but it results in a 503 error. This issue started on Monday 11.5.
Any chance you’re running on GCP/Cloudrun? Likely the same problem experienced by some of us here Shopify gql apis timing out - version 2025 04 - #7 by Nick_Mealey
In short, the resolution would be to force IPv4 since failing IPv6 seems to be the core issue.
