Shopify fees for manual sales paid over bank transfer

Hi Shopify pros!

I have a lead for whom I am looking into spinning up a POS and ecommerce solution for their business. But over half of their activity is done through custom orders, handled over the phone and paid by bank transfer.

If we implement Shopify as the main ERP system, does Shopify take fees on order that are manually added to the system and paid by bank transfer?
