Short description of issue

After Shopify support refreshed domain, the site has been down for several days

Go to site and see that SSL has not been issued

We transferred domain from Squarespace to Shopify. No issues pointing the domain. After transfer, email didn’t work but the website did except for the www subdomain. I reached out to Shopify support about this and they refreshed the domain. This completely crashed the site and we have received no response on how to resolve this. It has been 24 hours since this has happened. Any way we can get Shopify to issue the SSL faster?

They said the subdomain got “stuck” during transfer. Is this even a thing?
