Hi everyone,
I’ve received an email from Shopify with the following message:
Your app will be delisted from the Shopify App Store unless you address the requirements below.
Review and make changes by Oct 25, 2025.
Shopify was unable to verify the certificate for your application URL. Make sure your application URL contains a valid TLS/SSL certificate to meet Shopify’s security requirement.
However, everything looks fine on my end. I’ve tested my app domain with multiple SSL checkers, and the certificate is valid and trusted.
My app URL is: https://app.metrixon.io
I’m unsure why Shopify’s system is unable to verify the certificate when everything seems to be configured correctly. Could anyone from Shopify or the community please advise what might cause this or how to resolve it?
