Slack for Flow is broken

I’m having an issue getting Flow Bot authenticated with my Slack workspace. This was working over a month ago but now when I’m asked to authenticate Flow Bot:

I’m getting this Authentication failed message on the page:

A merchant first keyed me in on the issue since I gave them a flow to send a notification when a metaobject definition gets created from our app.

@paul_n I wanted to see if this was on your radar.

This is the URL that is failing:
https://flow.shopifyapps.com/flow_connectors/slack/auth/callback?code=32926064755.10303954878069.fbbb8c799b6f3311ac03ec1d0efb284e95a018ed0b88db97a344d93b6f72a367&state=93600547117-5aa5d015-9c1d-4fe0-bfbf-b0513848dab4

It sounds like when you when to approve FlowBot, it didn’t take and so on the direct we showed that error message.

Are you sure that you have permissions to add FlowBot to your Slack instance?

I did it about a month ago with no issue. Also the merchant I was talking to got the same error.

I had our workspace owner test this out and they were able to get through without issue so it seems to be a problem that my user doesn’t have authorization. That said, our workspace settings in Slack do allow members (my perms) to add apps. And I can confirm this was working previously since I added Flowbot to a channel previously.

It seems that I should be able to approve this app since our workspace settings are set to allow me to do so.

Looks like this is working again. Saw the notice in Flow and I’m able to authorize Flow bot. Thanks @paul_n!

There is an incident going on with Slack so maybe related to that and not the user.
