Short description of issue
Spotify embed displays blank on mobile Safari for client but works on my end.

Hi, I hope it’s okay to post here. I’m a designer, not a developer, and I’m looking for some advice.
I’ve finished working on a client’s website, and on one of the pages I embedded a Spotify playlist. Everything displays correctly on my end. However, the client has reported that when they tap the playlist on mobile, it doesn’t open Spotify and instead shows a blank area (see attached image).
What’s confusing is that when I test it myself, it works fine (see attached). We’ve already mentioned to the client that Spotify embeds may require users to be logged into Spotify and that the playlist needs to be public. Still, I’m not sure why I can see it but they can’t, especially as I don’t even have a Spotify account.
They’re using Safari. It works correctly on desktop, but the issue only seems to happen on mobile.
Has anyone come across this before or knows what might be causing it?
