The app review process encountered an error, and submission is currently not possible

Hello,

Thank you for reviewing my app submission and for providing the review result.

I would like to kindly clarify that the country selected by the reviewer is not part of our primary operating route, which may have affected the testing results. Our app mainly supports mainstream markets such as the United States and the United Kingdom.

Could you please test the product listing again using a major country such as the US or UK?

In addition, when submitting the app, I already included a YouTube demonstration video in the submission details:
