Theme Page and Editor Not Loading – Only Blank Page Appears

Short description of issue

When I try to open the Shopify theme editor, the page loads but the editor content does not appear. It only shows a blank screen with no sections or settings visible. The issue persists even after refreshing the page.

Reproduction steps

  1. Log in to Shopify Admin

  2. Go to Online Store → Themes

  3. The page loads but the content does not appear (blank screen)

Browser: Brave

Device: Windows Laptop

Tried clearing cache and cookies

Tried incognito mode

Tried different browser (Chrome, Edge)

Logs on the console when I visit on Theme page

Hey @Sagar_Moriya , thanks for sharing the info here. Just as some quick troubleshooting, are you able to access other parts of the admin normally or does this just happen on the themes page?

If you’re open to sharing the myshopify.com URL for the shop and it’s attached to the same email you use to login to your community account here I can take a look into this further for sure as well.

I have the same issue, I can’t load Themes and Preferences pages, and same for the Editor. I noticed this since my Shopify app deep link stopped working
