Theme piracy example but rejected DMCA

Stumbled upon a Frankenstein of a theme: almost all layouts, sections, styles, and classes are taken from our theme Aurora, which they did not pay for, and layered on top of another premium theme they do appear to have licensed. As a result, my DMCA report was rejected by Shopify Legal.

Shopify team, could you please take a closer look at cases like this and consider training your anti-piracy review process on examples of this kind?
