There’s a guy in Bangladesh who keeps opening new stores to use our app to send mass fraud email/SMS notifications.
They close the store before any payments get charged so we go in the red for sending SMSes.
They’ve already managed to trigger our SES account go into review.
Is there any way to ban this guy for good?
