We have received a trademark Infringement notice for one of our app, it looks like a genuine notice and a sheer coincidence of exactly the same name, Infringement notice is from someone not in Shopify space but has same named plugin for Sage 50 and other accounting systems, I guess we would have to change our app name as they are in business much longer than us and have a registered trademark. However the app’s URL https://apps.shopify.com/**shipsync** which is created by Shopify has the trademarked name in it, and we cannot change it, how do we get that changed?
Another thing is Shopify has given literally 3 business days to change the names, which I feel is unfair, is there any way we can get an extension?
Link in the email to notify Shopify about the changes goes to 404 page, anyone here who can help?
