Unable to contact the Built for Shopify review team for clarifications

I recently received feedback from the Built for Shopify review team with several points to address. I’ve worked on most of the updates, but I still have a few questions and technical concerns — particularly one related to a GraphQL API the team recommended using, which doesn’t fully align with my app’s current functionality.

The review email came from a no-reply address, and even after reaching out through live chat support, I haven’t been able to connect with the review team directly.

Has anyone here faced a similar situation or found a proper channel to communicate with the Built for Shopify review team? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Still hoping to get a response on this. I’ve already tried contacting live chat support and also emailed the address they provided, but it’s been over 15 days with no reply. Not sure if I’ll hear back at this point.
