I did some digging here and for Built For Shopify (BFS) checks like these, recent activity may not be reflected yet because they have a processing window, so they may update shortly if you’re fulfilling the requirements. The install_url message referenced earlier is misleading, looks to have come from a separate App Store review check and doesn’t determine the BFS status shown here. There’s more information about BFS here:
Please keep working with our team through your existing Support ticket, where they can review the app-specific data as it updates and answer any questions you have. I’ve left some internal notes for our team as well.

One other important thing to mention: Even if your app is using the current version of App Bridge and requesting session tokens, the BFS check only counts this activity from active merchant shops, not development shops.
Once the embedded app is used on an active installation, including an authenticated backend request, allow time for the daily assessment to refresh.
