We’re having a serious ongoing issue with our Shopify Partners account. Our Dev Dashboard is showing a 500: Internal Server Error
Also, when we try to access our apps, it shows a blank page like this:
But when we search by the app name, it shows:
We reached out to Shopify Support about this, and they created a support ticket. It’s been around 7–8 days now, but the issue hasn’t been solved yet. I tried to follow up via support chat again, and support told me they are checking and will get back to me, but I haven’t received any response from them.
From my understanding, when the issue started:
We tried to build a new app called Storefront AI Agent to integrate one of our apps by following this guide:

After that, we tried to delete the app, and then the issue occurred, and we can’t access the Dev Dashboard anymore from our Shopify Partners account.
Has anyone had a similar experience before? What’s the best way to solve this besides waiting more time for Shopify Support (it’s been around 8 days now with no resolution)?
