I am writing to report a critical issue regarding our fulfillment synchronization.
Over the past two days, our system has been successfully receiving fulfillment requests and processing them for our customers as usual. However, as shown in the attached screenshot, Shopify has failed to record a single one of these transactions.
Given that our system is executing these actions correctly on our end, we strongly suspect this is a system bug or an API synchronization failure on Shopify’s side.
This issue is severely impacting our operations and customer experience. Please investigate this matter with high priority and help us resolve this technical discrepancy as soon as possible.

I’m seeing your app’s fulfillmentCreate calls coming through on our end, so the fulfillments themselves are being created successfully. The discrepancy is on the Partner Dashboard reporting side rather than in the fulfillment processing, and I’m looking into why the dashboard isn’t reflecting them. I’ll follow up here once I have an update.
I’ve confirmed a reporting outage in the Partner Dashboard affecting fulfillment services apps. It’s only the Partner Dashboard data that’s affected. We’re working on restoring this for your app and others, and I’ll update here once it’s back.
