When will the New Markets compatibility alert disappear?

Hi there,
I wanted to ask when the banner regarding compatibility with the new Shopify Markets will disappear. We updated our API a week ago, but the banner is still showing. Will it remain visible for a full month, similar to how “Deprecated API calls” are handled in the Partner Dashboard?

Our app is fully compatible now (over 7 days), but some merchants are reaching out saying they still see the warning.

On a separate note, something strange happened today — a store (REDACTED) triggered a webhook using version 2024-10, even though we’ve had all our webhooks set to 2024-07 for over a week. Any idea how that could happen?

I’d also really like to avoid a situation where the alert resets or gets extended by another week — ideally, it wouldn’t stay up for longer than a month.

Hey @Jan_Ther - if old webhooks are somehow still getting triggered, this could be the reason that the banner is still appearing.

Do you mind adding your details in this form, and I will get it removed for you. Will come back to you on the webhooks.

We got the same issue, moved to api version 2025-04 fixed it.
