Our app (Hype Discounts) is showing the “Update required for new Markets” banner on the app listing page for merchants, but we can’t identify the source:
- Admin API version:
2025-10 everywhere
- All function extensions:
api_version = "2025-10"
- API health tab in dev dashboard (last 30 days): No deprecated API calls detected
- Recent action: Just ran redeployed the config to trigger a re-check

This warning banner is displayed when an app making Market API calls has used an API version prior to 2025-04 in the last 7 days.
If you’ve updated your app already to make sure all calls are hitting 2025-10, you should be ok and the banner will be removed 7 days after the last unsupported version was called.
I looked into this with your app further on our end, and I’ll reach out via DMs to share more information.
