"Update required for new Markets" banner showing despite clean API health and 2025-10 across all surfaces

Our app (Hype Discounts) is showing the “Update required for new Markets” banner on the app listing page for merchants, but we can’t identify the source:

  • Admin API version: 2025-10 everywhere
  • All function extensions: api_version = "2025-10"
  • API health tab in dev dashboard (last 30 days): No deprecated API calls detected
  • Recent action: Just ran redeployed the config to trigger a re-check
