Are you the owner of this partner org? Was this working previously and did you make any recent changes?
I experience the same issue.
I’m not the owner, I’m a developer. It was working previously and I didn’t make any recent changes.
Same, i’ve to –reset every time

Thank you for your continued attention. I resolved this issue after upgrading Shopify CLI to the latest version.
