Our app’s main functional pages consist of only a submission page and a list page.
We submitted our app for “Built for Shopify” review last month and received a list of suggested changes. After making those modifications, we resubmitted. Approximately two weeks later, we received even more issues, which was very frustrating for us.
In the previous review, the feedback for a specific change was about color and text/message, but in the second review, it changed to this prompt should not appear here.
We referenced many “Built for Shopify” apps when designing ours, and many similar apps that have received the “Built for Shopify” badge also only have a submission page and a list page. However, our review is requiring us to have a homepage and an onboarding flow.
We hope you can have a clear review standard and provide all issues at once. This scenario where subsequent reviews point out problems in other areas, and even have conflicts with the first review, is truly frustrating.
Furthermore, this standard is also very inconsistent. Apps that have already passed the “Built for Shopify” review seem to completely contradict your review standards. We referenced their styles, designs, and workflows, only to encounter various problems as a result.
