Hi, I submitted the Online Store Protected Scope Exemption Request form on June 14 for write_themes (themeFilesUpsert) for my unlisted public app “Velyr”. I haven’t received any confirmation email and can’t see a status anywhere.
The form required a Shopify App Store URL, which I don’t have since the app isn’t listed yet. I’m unsure whether my request went through correctly because of that.
Two questions:
Can someone confirm whether my request was received and is in review?
What’s the correct submission path for a not-yet-listed app where the App Store URL field can’t be filled?

There isn’t currently a public status page or confirmation email flow for these exemption requests, so the next update would generally come from the review team once they’ve reviewed the submission. I can’t guarantee an exact timeline there, but it is in the queue.
For an app that isn’t listed yet, using a placeholder or noting that the app hasn’t been submitted/listed yet in the App Store URL field is usually okay. The important pieces are the Partner account/app details and the use case for needing the protected Online Store scope.
