Hello I need an update on why my shopify admin gets restored. Has been down for a few hours. Need the account access urgently & promptly. Does anyone have any idea of when it will be restored. I already submitted a ticket. Any idea. Promptly needed. Please emphasize

Issue number 2: My sidekick chat is not working at all. When will this issue be resolved. This is ridiculous. Most important thing to communicate with sidekick chat agent. Please advise

RE: the incident involving admin access - this incident should be resolved. However, if you’re still experiencing issues with your admin, our recommendation is to contact Shopify Support directly.
