Adding code to main#checkout-main

I’m wondering how to go about adding the following code:

To the “Information” page of the checkout. The desired outcome being this:

I am both the store owner and dev for this site. But I do not see a liquid for the checkout. I am assuming it is made available in the pro plan, but we have no need to upgrade to this.

Can anyone suggest how to add this code? or could anyone do it for me?

You can no longer add Custom HTML to the Checkout, you have to use Shopifys Checkout UI Extensions. You will also require Shopify Plus to make any changes including adding any new blocks to it, you can do some styling from the checkout settings but that’s about it.
