All discounts in Expired state

Hey there,

Does someone already noticed a store with all discounts in Expired state?
Including the Automatic Discount of my app, which has no ends date and should not expired.

How can a store could get to that point, is there like a global setting on the store that disable all discounts?

Hi! No, there isn’t a global setting that would disable all discounts like this. If you reach out to our support team with a link to the shop and specific discount that you see as “Expired” but which doesn’t have an endsAt set, we can investigate further.
