It has been 2 weeks since we have submitted our for approval but the application still says “We’re assigning a reviewer to your submission”.
Is there a way to escalate this?

Hi - sometimes our app store review team do have longer waiting times for reviews, if there’s still no progress by the end of this week let me know and I’ll investigate on my side.

Hey folks - just to update here, our Shopify App Store review team are experiencing higher than usual requests but are working through reviews as quickly as possible.
@Liam-Shopify I am kinda stuck in a situation that panels displays Reviewed (Fix requirement issues—check your email for details). And the email said reply to email after fixing the suggestions. I replied the email after fixing issues shortly but didn’t hear back. Can you please help? Thanks in advance.
