Did the app review algorithm change in the last day or so? I’ve been at 5 stars for a long time now, and suddenly it dropped to 4.9 stars. I believe previously it was pulling recent reviews so if I had a lower review, that would change my average. But all my reviews in the last 2.5 years have been 5 stars. So I’m confused as to why my average would drop now.

They toughened up review criteria in December 2024, making it more difficult to obtain reviews. Not sure if that impacts what you’re noticing…
No, I think it was because I had reviews that were removed even though they were all legit reviews. I tried to talk with Partner Support, but that went nowhere. I’ve continued to get 5-star reviews so my average went back up. It was very odd but nothing I could do about it I guess.
