I have a new app I have to keep resubmitting with no feedback. It gets moved to draft with no follow up email and requires me to fill out almost every detail again like app name, features, screenshots.
It has been going on for months now, which is even more frustrating because its not ai slop. Additionally when I get feed back its completely wrong. For example it mentions Stripe, wtf the app is free. There is no payment processor or gateway involved with the Shopify app?!?!?!
Instead Shopify reviewers give me feed back on the external app/platform itself (https://locallegends.live/)
Is there a contact I can boost this up to? Because we are just trying to allow Shopify users advertise on our platform with no entry barrier.
