Can't access my app

Hi,

Our company Syte has recently been through an acquisition and the team is new. We have an unlisted Shopify app which now we are trying to access as we need to onboard a new client. Please help us access the app.

This is a very vague post, I suggest adding more information if you want help.

Hi Luke, happy to add more information, let me know what’s needed?
The company closed at the end of May this year and was then re-qcquired, with a new team and we are working to restore everything. The team that was manageing the Shopify app is no longer part of the company and I’m trying to get access so that we can continue working with the app and offer it to clients. I am not sure who is the right person to speak with - we reached out to the support and they said that we need to write here.

This is a public board for troubleshooting technical issues related to building with Shopify’s APIs, and this problem sounds like it will require unlocking account access to an app so unfortunately this forum is not the right place for your question. Questions related to accounts and access to apps would be handled by direct support who can authenticate you.
