I am trying to send a collaborator access request to a client who had previously (mistakenly) declined.
The problem is that I see this error message and the client has shared their collaboration code with me.. but I don’t see any field to enter this code. I am going to reach out to Partner support next but just sharing here in case others have this issue
I’m just letting you know that I will be marking this thread a solved, as @Luke is correct here, we will need you to reach out to our support team to help remove the declined state on the store in question, so that you can request access again.
When you reach out to our Help Center, please do ensure you are logged in with the correct Partner Account for quick authentication.
